Thanks, Connie. It’s been just so great to finally see folks again, especially in light of all of this. Please remember that you are always in my thoughts. I need you, and mom and dad need you!
My dear, dear Mrs. Nusbaum: Gwen Fraser was finally diagnosed with multiple myeloma after her kidneys had failed. She built up her kidneys and proceeded to a couple of experimental treatments for the myeloma. Many years of remission resulted. Then the kidneys acted up again requiring two or three years of dialysis. She handled it very well with lots of reading. I provided the transportation, of course. I can’t say it’s not that bad because it’s not me, but Gwen was always fine. You, my dear, are very much like Gwen-theater, stoic, positive, a writer, etc. I’m so glad your family is there.
Thanks Bill. It’s nice to hear from you, and I’m glad to see that you are alive and kicking! I appreciate the encouragement, and perhaps you’d let me treat you to coffee or a drink soon? Thank you, old friend!
Pretty amazing journey, Seana. Your appreciation for friends and family is beautifully expressed.
